Self Care for a cause - Huntington’s Disease charity event
Saturday 3 May

In honour of Huntington's Disease Awareness month, join us for a very special event: Self Care for a Cause - ALL ticket sales will be donated to Huntington's Australia.

Enjoy two hours of Yin, Breathwork and Reiki where you will be cared for by two exceptional practitioners, Bella and Catriona. Tea and snacks will be provided so we can connect, relax and restore together, whilst raising much needed support for those living with Huntington's Disease and their families.

About your practitioners:
Bella is an Advanced Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner who is deeply passionate about women's health and nervous system regulation. She is also a proud HD Advocate and the latest person in her family to be diagnosed with the gene for Huntington's Disease, a genetic terminal neurodegenerative condition.

Catriona is originally from Galway, Ireland and is Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator and Registered Nurse. She combines her medical background and passion for holistic wellness to cultivate a strong body-mind-soul connection.

Bella is a proud advocate for Huntington’s Disease. She is gene positive herself, but grateful to be currently completely healthy and symptom free. She has been a carer for her Father with HD and is a fifth generation HD positive individual in her family. It was her HD gene diagnosis that pushed her to study holistic health and nervous system regulation for her own wellness. She is deeply committed to removing the stigma of being gene positive and aims to raise awareness and support for HD families through speaking and fundraising events. TMC is so proud and happy to host this event and we invite you to enjoy a Saturday afternoon of self care for a cause.
